Where could i find a V8 engine to drop into my V6

The reason they specify those for GT is that they are specialized for drag launch. Structurally they'll fit your V6 car, but if you don't have V8 level torque, those springs won't be needed, and they won't be good for everyday driving and cornering.
The right rear spring is a progressive with a very soft initial rate before going 2x as stiff as your left rear spring on full compression.
The whole setup is design to transfer weight from front to back also.
Save those for the strip, and only if you're making a ton of torque off the line.

Best way to find a v8 is to look locally in various adds and forums. And take your time. Or pick one up from a salvage yard.
But do a search, as there's tons of information on a V8 swap.
Go to mustangcollective.com and look in some of the stickies and threads.
I just did a v8 swap, and it's a lot more than just 'dropping in a V8'. Do your research.
