So I just took my muffler off my 2008 Mustang and I was wondering if that would give me worse gas mileage or do anything bad at all??

You might be losing some torque as well, not 100% sure tho about that tho.

 

Do you have state inspections? I know here in VA, your car would not pass without mufflers.
You know there is a good loud and a nasty loud. I imagine your stang without it's exhaust sounds nasty loud. Why not get a dual conversion kit and have it sound good loud?

 

id have to say our cars with out muffflers sound like butt,

 

Lots of black soot and sore ear drums.
