Why are you taking the door panels off to redo your tint?

I haven't taken them off mine yet but if they are like every other car, once you're "sure" that all the screws are out (usually 1 behind door release handle too) it should just be plastic clips that will let go if you pull on the edges of the door panel.

It seems that you should be able to do that with just the window down though...Maybe a flathead screwdriver to guide the moleskin/felt straight across the trim if the top of the window is in the way.

You know what, If there is a screw behind the door handle which I think there is I didnt take it off. That may be my problem.

I'm not sure if there's one there or not but usually with my other cars it's always the one I tend to forget about lol.

I still didn't have to remove my entire door panel to do that either, you can get them install by just popping them up

Someone gave me this link the other day when we were discussing speaker replacement. It will show you how to get the door skin off. You probably missed two bolts.
