That looks great, it makes me regret not going with the Saleen pods, but at the time, I was hesitant about drilling through the dash? I went with the SOS pillar pods which look good, but not as good as the Saleen ones.IMO Hey, did you ever put those custom made emblems on? Would love to see how they look on the car.

Man that looks so good torch
I love that saleen pod set up. I'm gonna have to get those in the far future when I finally get some F/I lol
And what is the purpose of exhaust temp? Was it just so you have an even amount of gauges lol

I'm saving them. Besides installing the Xtreme, I have a new hood and rear bumper to paint. Wanted to make applying the emblems the finishing touch for this round of projects.

Nope. I'm not anywhere near rich, and I don't buy $200 gauges just to fill an empty hole (a water temp gauge or similar would do that much more cheaply)

EGT measurement gives you a second insurance policy after the Wideband A/F in making sure the mixture doesn't lean out leading to detonation and a long string of colorful words.

This thread on another car board can fill in some of the basics: http://www.supras.nl/index.php?optio...d=50&Itemid=66

I've had the EGT in mind for a good while. Back when I bought my JBA shorty headers, I welded bungs for an EGT thermocouple into both collectors before sending them out to be ceramic coated.

With the Nexus gauges, I can set programmable warning points on any gauge. If the value being read goes outside the set range, the whole gauge face starts flashing red.

Thanks for the link. I hope that gauge never flashes for ya!
Again I can't get over how clean those gauges look! Look just as good as the rest of your car lol

I have those same gauges, and I love them. I really like that setup too.
