Default New 4,300k HID headlights!

Hey guys I just installed new 4,300k HID headlights from

http://www.venomousstangz.net/index....fckkeh9e7ni2d3

They are very bright and were a real good upgrade to get. I am currently trying to take a picture of them but they are so bright that every picture I take just comes out so burly.

Ouch. He use HID guy.net and you could have bought them cheaper directly from the dude who makes them. They are a nice piece though! Waiting for picture!

Any tips on how to get a picture of them without it being so burly?

I feel sorta bad the OP is taking such a critique on cost etc, when he just wants to talk about his latest upgrade.

A couple things to note hidguy.net and venoumousstangz.net are subdivisions of the same company and the prices are the same on both (venomousstangz site is just their Mustang specific site branding)

And yes, you can get a cheaper kit off eBay, etc, but Hidguy/VenoumousStangz offers a very small (credit card size) digital ballast that is way better than what's included in the majority of cheapo eBay kits, and the have a lifetime warranty on the whole system (ballasts and bulbs..)

Now personally, at least for me, going with a company that has a decent warranty, and a physical location and a published phone number if you need to reach them is worth something in itself.

AGREED! Wouldn't you want to get quality upgrades for your car? It only makes sense. Why buy cheapy stuff than is only going to break. I rather just spend the extra money for safety.

+1, I actually bought a kit off eBay for my step dad's F150 (H13) and they were $45 and they're actually not bad at all and these people have a phone number ect... www.xtremehids.com

That lifetime warranty though pays for itself and is def. worth having!

Congrats on the new upgrade. I have been looking into these myself because the stock headlights are alright but I love the look of HIDs.

I have read a bunch of threads but never had a definite answer.

Can you buy a kit like the one you did and use the stock housing? I've read about the light being sloppy and pointing in the wrong direction because the stock housing wasn't meant for HIDs.

Can't wait to see any pics you can post
