OBD II Plug location

OBD II Plug location
I feel incredibly dumb asking this but I can't seem to find where to plug in my XCAL II into my car. I've searched under the dash for it and the only panel I see is the one of the passenger side but that isn't an OBD II port under there. Maybe someone can enlighten me, thanks.
