I put a GT auto takeoff on the `07. I had and a friend had a manual on his `06. We couldn`t tell the difference. There may be one but it was not apparent too anyone we were around.

has anyone had issues with the GT muffler tip sitting too close to the bumper? I installed one yesterday and it seems a little close.. i put two washers under the back hangar to push it down a little bit and its better but still not great..

If it's placed too close to the bumper it will burn. Mine is actually a little too low, but I hesitate fixing it as it does not rattle or drone.

hey matt i installed dual gt mufflers on my 2010 v6 and i had to cut my preexisting muffler cutout so it would fit and i just copyed it on the other side. I couldn't get it right so i just went ahead and took a dremmel and cut it.

I cut off one of the hangars from my stock one and welded it on top of the rear hangar to push the tip down a little bit. problem solved.

I had no spacing issues on my bumper and I reused the hangers.

No issues here either. I have been running my GT Takeoffs for almos 3 years now with absolutely no problems and they sound great. Much better than the droning nightmare that my friend has with his MAC setup, and the other with his Borlas. The takeoffs are so good I found another set for $65 locally for a backup in the future.
