I got the 4 inch

yeah, im hoping to see what everyone claims as well. I know JimC has a v6 and he and others say its worth it. Honestly, its folks like that that im trusting. I researched it on various forums and just spent the 450 bucks based on their experiences.

I see the GT guys saying the aluminum ds saves lots of weight, but i think it only saves 7-8 lbs on the v6...

none the less..im excited about it and will post my honest opinions when its installed. My car is pretty typical... CAI, Tune, 8.8 rear with 3.73 gears, and duals. thats it for performance...
So I think ill be able to post 'real world' results

stay tuned..

Is the V6 Shaftmaster comparable with the 8.8? Isn't it just a flange that adapts

My 8.8 rear end has the v6 cobra flange that is stock on all v6ers installed. my stock driveshaft is currently bolted up to it.... so shouldnt be a problem..

from shaftmasters website...
