No, it won't. The TB on the GT is oblong. Look at your TB. Also, you can't use a GT tune.

If the outside diameter of the throttle body is the same and you can seal the intake tube to it it shouldnt matter. Usually the difference is the location and size of the throttle body from the v8 to the v6.

I'd be a little concerned about the air flow and any pertubations from vortexing or any eddy-type flow due to going from an oblong intake tube into a square TB. Perhaps it won't affect seat-of-the-pants but if you're going to do it, don't do it half-azzed. But that's just my 2 cents.

Are the V6 MAF's the same as the GT?

No, the V6 throttle body is smaller that the V8 throttle body, therefore it will not fit correctly.

the basics of both CAi's are the same the difference is the tube that connects the CAI to the TB. so there is no reason you would want a gt one. The filters are pretty much the same its the connection.

where in cali are you as i am no longer using my AFE intake. im in long beach area

Even if you fabricated it to fit the v6, you're not gaining anything over the v6 CAI in most cases (some garbage CAI's out there I'm sure).
