Bumpy/Rough suspension... HELP?
-Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs
-Koni STR.T Street Shocks & Strut
Been wanting to soften up the ride a bit...
wondering if trimming the bumpstops will give the springs more travel and make the ride less bumpy. I believe the rear springs are bottoming out and could be the problem..
Any solutions?

What do you mean by harsh ride other than the bottoming out? Bottoming out is when your shocks are too weak to handle the force of the bump and your springs are collapsing too far. Making more room for the springs to travel can actually cause worse problems because of the rebound, and you may lose control of your car. But I don't really get what you're saying when your ride is too firm, because you wouldn't really bottom out on a firm ride.. I'm running H&R springs and firm settings on my Tokico's and the ride is just fine.. Put your Koni's on the hard setting, or get adjustable D-Specs and set those to firm.

Are you running stock tires or have you (screwed up and) put 20's on with rubber band tires? Lack of sidewall could be your issue. If not, you may want to give Sam Strano (see the S197 Handling forum) a buzz. The man has been in business many years (I was buying from him in '91) knows his stuff.
