Default Turn signals

The turn signal covers on my 07 mustang are yellow like on every other car...
is there anyway to make these clear or do you have to buy all new covers?
if so where could i get a set of covers for a good cheap price

Assuming you mean the front turn signal/running light lense assembly, you can buy clear lense assemblies from AM or on ebay. You'll also need replacement bulbs that light up amber (they're chromed so you won't see yellow thru the lense). I replaced them on both Stangs.

Bought a set of clear ones on ebay. I just use standard clear bulbs, too. (not shown in the older pic in my signature.)

I'm not sure about Texas, but check your local laws. Most states require certain signal lights to be amber which would require a simple swap to the chromed/amber bulbs.

My brother had some left over tint when he did his tail lights on his car. I just put a piece of paper and pressed around the edges of the turn signals to make a template and then cut the tint. It was easy to install. Spray bottle with soapy water and a squeegie is all you need.

Makes sense. I would assume you would have to purchase a whole roll of tint, oppose to a small amount. If you don't know of anyone that has any left over tint, you may want to compare the prices between purchasing a whole roll of tint vs. purchasing the ones already cut from AM. Good luck!
