Default Charging System???

I have a '05 Mustang, the battery keeps draining when the car is off, I have replaced the alternator, the battery and still no fix, I also rewired the charging system when I relocated the battery to the trunk, this problem started before this, I have an amplifier, but it works off the signal of the cd player not a shaker either, the battery drained from 12 to 6 volts in 24hrs. On a side note, my horn stopped working a while back, and keyless entry for the trunk doesn't work either. Something has to be using voltage when the car is not in use, I just can't figure it out.

Have you done troubleshooting by connecting an ammeter to monitor current draw and then systematically pull fuses one-by-one to see when the draw drops? You can rewire your life away but until you find the guilty circuit(s) you'll keep having this issue.

I pulled some fuses tonight and left my battery connected and disconnected my amp, also noticed for the first time, when I use the control for the pass. window, the interior lights barely flicker and there is a clicking noise coming from that side.
