Default Rear Suspension Squeaks 2007 V6 Pony Pkg

A simple question, I hope. Just recently I noticed a light squeaking sound coming from the rear of the car, sounded like it was under the back seat. Then I noticed a much heaver, deeper squeak, almost a grinding sound coming from under the rear of the car as I backed it into the garage, So I went to my dealer who replaced the rear suspension arms. I'm thinking the bushings wore out? Is this common? What can I do to prevent this from happening again? Or in another 5 years will I need to replace them again.
This car is a daily driver with 38,000 miles since brand new Oct 2006.
Any thoughts?

You got hosed on the new suspension arms ??

They are non-greasable from the factory.
Greasable aftermarket arms would have prevented
this from happening in the future.
I have almost 50K on my OEM arms and they
will last another 50K before I will replace them.
BTW, I drive it like I stole it 100% of the time.
Bent mounting ears can cause the noise you describe.
Crawl under and see if the mounting ears have been
bent back to OEM shape...

I am having the same problem, is there any way to replace the bushings alone? Also, are the lower control arms the same suspension arms? I am assuming they are lol (but just gotta be sure).

I have heard those bushings are in fact grease-able on another site? It seems they said a dab of silicon would do the trick to get rid of the squeak...

Thanks.

Nope, the ride to work is as smooth as it gets for Pittsburgh!
