If horsepower and torque are what you're truly after, get the 5.0 GT. Nuff said.

That's a beautiful car AM did up, but crap, all the money it would take to replicate that beast....you'd be better off buying a 5.0.

 

Some guys just want to see how much they can push the V6 and see if it can out run some V8s. Rygen did 10s with his 4.0, so we know with $$$ and lots of sponsors it is possible to make a very fast V6.
