Default Brake Pad part numbers?

Hey what's our stock brakepad make/part number? Are they motorcraft br1081 & br1082 (front/rear)?
I'm about to order some but just wanted to verify. I decided to go with stock instead of hawk or something cause I don't use the brakes for anything other than normal driving conditions and the stock ones have lasted me 80,000 miles and still have some life on them but I just want new ones for winter

Believe these are the parts..... http://www.fordparts.com/Commerce/Pa...&model=Mustang

BTW, the motorcraft ones are not the same, I think. See, on the website, Ford lists a motorcraft and an original Ford part for each set of pads.

Honestly though, they seem more expensive then hawk pads. Just sayin'

Why not get aftermarket pads like Hawk HPS or Ceramic?

Rock auto has the motorcraft for $80 for the set plus a 5% discount...

Yeah front and rears. But that's for motorcraft br1081 and 1082 parts. Is that what I need or something else?? Because ford website lists separate things like mentioned above

Call the parts department of your local Ford dealer. Tell them you want the part numbers for Brake Pads for your Model/Make/Year and they'll find it for you.

Max - if you went to Rockauto.com and input the make, model and year and that is what they came back with why are you questioning it? The catalog for Rockauto has always been accurate for me.

I seriously would just get aftermarket..... It's not particularly more expensive, but the difference is huge. I drove my buddy's 05 GT the other day after he got hawk pads, totally awesome difference.

Yea, and teflon braided brake lines add just that much
more awesomeness to the brake pedal feel. I am now
connected to my brakes thru my foot.
