Default Weird bumping noise

So today it rained really hard and I had the great idea of going and drifting in a parking lot near my house. As I was turning I heard a weird bumping noise i know it wasnt tcs beacuse it was turned off. What could it be? Should i be worried?

Thanks for your help

Probably a little give in the drivetrain. Or the limited-slip SLIPPING a little.

Are you wheels bigger then stock? Is the car slammed? I highly doubt it. More information on where the noise was coming from would help diagnose it. May just be wheel hop.

I have 18 inch rims if that helps with the diagnosis

v6es dont have the 'limited slip'.

OEM springs or low to the flo springs?

If you are drifting and it happens again,
I would not let it bother me.
Just the costs of drifting with grippy tires, water or no water.
The V6 just does not have enough HP to drift properly
and its not really set up for it stock, 18" rims or not.

Do you know where the noise came from in the car? Like in front of you? Behind and to the left? Did you possibly hit something like a rock or a small kid? Did the car jump or did the steering wheel get jerked? Is the noise repeatable? These are things we need to know.

Ok it came from the front of the car . It happened a couple of times while I was drifting. I doubt I hit rocks to make the noise but a small child is possible...

It could have been the tires catching and then slipping for a second. Possibly a problem with the power steering, but probably not. Also, were you actually drifting? Like, e-brake an all? Or just sliding around a bit? And if it was just sliding, were you braking when you felt the bump?
