Default A/C and windows intermittant stoppage

My daughters 05 V6 Mustang's A/C blower will stop with a click and the electric windows will no go down. Could be down for 5 seconds to 5 minutes. She can't say if there are any other things that quit as she is concentraing on getting the air back on since we are in Tx.
Is there a common relay for the two? Is ther access to the wiring diagram so I may see what connections would be in common?
Thanks,
Paul

Here's a link to the manual where you can find siring diagrams: http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=1

You also need to know about the water leak which is discussed in one of the mant TSB's associated with these S197's. Feel around the passenger kick-panel carpet. The leak will eventually cause corrosion of the Smart Junction Box (SJB) inside the kick panel with symptoms beginning as odd electrical gremlins.

The SJB does not control the AC or the power windows.
Nothing is common to both except the can buss data.
The CCM or climate control module handles the AC
and the power windows motors each have their own
logic control box on them. They share a common fuse
between the motors but the CCM is on another fuse.
Check the fuses under the hood in the BEC and in the
SJB in the pass side kickpanel...
