hot headlights

Default hot headlights

So i am looking into removing my head lights from my car and pulling them apart. I want to paint the bezzle that gose around the light

do you guys think the heat will blister the paint?

Headlight housings don't get THAT hot. Your paint doesn't blister when the car is baking in the blazing sun on a hot day, so this shouldn't be any different.

One thing I would suggest is to make sure the new paint is FULLY dry before reassembling the headlight buckets. You don't want to seal in any paint solvents which might fog the lens/reflector.
