The 12V Outlet door on the Dash Broke, and I'm having a hard time finding a replacement.

Anyone know where I can buy one?

I'm trying to look up the part via the number on the back of the 12V door, but am unsuccessful.

you mean the aux. power plug??? you can buy those on a lot sites, here is an example;

also check out your local Craigslist. The Eject one I bought off of there for $10
