Default No Throttle Response

I have a 2005 Mustang V6 with 101,000 miles. I was told that the Smart Junction Box(SJB) had water in it so I am waiting for a used SJB to be delivered. I decided to check the old SBJ myself and removed it after unhooking the Battery. It appeared to have had water in it so I used CRC electrical cleaner and tried to clean it up. After cleaning I hooked it back up put the battery cable back on and started it but there was no change. Power windows, locks, radio, all didn’t work. Today I attempted to move it so I started it and pushed the button next to the shifter in order to put it in gear. The transmission sounded like it was in gear but when I pressed the accelerator there was no response at all. Anyone know what’s going on?

The water likely caused current to flow to ground, blowing a fuse or two. Check them.

The "no throttle response" turned out to be the throttle body motor. Make sure when you adjust it turn the spring 360 degrees not 180. it only catches every 360 degrees.
