Hi all,
Anyone know of a shifter for an automatic tranny. The stock one looks pretty cheap, a nice chrome one would look pretty sweet. Anything that isnt plastic would be an improvement. I have only seen shifters for the manual tranny.

yeah....the design of the auto shifter is pretty cool but it does suck that its plastic. i wish it was real metal/chrome plated as you suggested or stainless steel. the plastic looks too obvious when you glance at it. i think thats my only real grudge on the stang interior. other than that it's pretty awesome. everyone thats seen my car from the inside really digs it. i've actually browsed the net a little looking for a metal shifter but haven't come across one yet (been too busy researching intake kits and exhaust kits). if i find something i'll let you and the forum know.

I found chrome plates for it somewhere, will have to dig through my book marks.
