Can anyone tell me if 2020 S550 wheels will work on a 2008 S197? My wheels have peeling clearcote and I have an opportunity to get some from a 2020.

 

Bolt pattern is the same at 5x114.3mm or 5x4.5"
S550 studs are 14mm
S197 and older studs are 1/2"

They should fit without problems, but not sure if you need new lug nuts. The new lug nuts aren't expensive in case you will need them.
