hey i have a daul catback exhaust on my 2005 ford mustang. im interested in headers and off this site there are 3 headers

jba shorty headers
mac long tube headers
mac shorty headers

wut is the difference between them all and which one would be perfect with my dual catbacks
also will i need long tube or short tube headers
finally wut is the hp and tourque gain on each

thanks all much appriciated sorry for the stupid questions lol

So far no one has shown me any big gain by installing headers... heck, I'm still running a single exhaust until some one can show me there's a worth while gain going to a dual...

The guy that installed my exhaust told me that it's not even really worth it unless you have a really big or beefed motor (basically S/C'd or a 454). Also said they dont really do newer vehicles cause you have more of a chance of having leaks.

seriously if your not pulling in alot of air to make power then there is no need to get rid of exhaust gases any quicker. IMO when you do headers and exhaust upgrades without any other major power adders then all you are doing is adding aesthetic appeal (which is why i like headers and exhaust). you are giving the car a better sound and also giving it a modified look both under the hood and at the exhaust tips.
