sad day for my baby [:(]
on jan 30th my car was hit while i was pulling out of a bank. the other driver had no lights on and it was dark out. the insurance is already saying it was my fault , something to do with me being 19 and the other lady being 50. it smashed my driver side front fender a lil bit of hood and bumber, also broke the tierod and hopefully that is all the damage but won't know for a couple of days. i am so lost now with out a car and also my insurance is going to be canceled once the car is fixed.

Sorry to hear that man, that really sucks. If she was driving with no lights on at night I dont see why it would be your fault. Good luck man, sorry to hear that.

thats really retarded.... i am very upset... being a fellow young driver( im 20) they really have to give us some sort of a break.. not only do they screw us with insurance but just becuase ur 19 and she is 50? she automatically wins? common... not all young drivers are bad drivers... stuff happens. she should be at fault becuase her lights werent on when it was dark... police officers give tickets for things like that and its really messed up... i forget if u mentioned it but who is your insurance company?
tom..
i hope things work out for u dude...

Some insurance companies just have it out for younger people. When my sister was in her late teens (can't remember the exact age), she stopped at a red light. Where she was promptly rear ended by a semi.... And yet, for some reason, the insurance company decided to say it was her fault for "not getting out of the way." Ah, the joys of driving young...
