Default Body Kit Problems

I have the full V6 body kit from 3D carbon installed on my car. IMO it looks great but that damn 3M double sided tape on the front and rear lip pieces just doesn't want to stay on. In fact, those pieces are pretty much only being held by the few stock screws on each side near the tires.

At this point I realize I am going to have to unscrew, carefully remove the pieces and tape, and re-install. Aside of making sure the areas are clean and dry, does anyone have any tips for a better install. The place which did it had no experience with this type of install, which they didn't tell me till they were done.

I am capable of doing this myself, I just couldn't paint them but thats taken care of. Is there any method of a more 'permanent' install?

That kit looks great. The front chin really makes the V6 look aggressive. Post some pics of your current setup...and even after you get the work done.

Here is an old picture. The lip just feel off, and I had it put back on.
