Default Radial tire rotation problem

My wheels were out for some work on the car. Mistakenly, they were misplaced, so I lost proper order. These are the Goodrich on the 16" 2005 mags. They have only 3K miles (5K KM).

I know radials should be rotated from time to time but always from front to rear and not from side to side. I guess there is some breaking-in on the tires and was told that if you reverse their rotation, they'll suffer.

Also these wheels don't carry any rotation signs, so no help from that side.

Any thoughts, anything to worry if I put them on the wrong side?

Modern radials are okay to swap side to side, as long as they don't have a directional tread pattern. I wouldn't worry about which side they came off of.
