2006 Pony Package
A light was left on and my battery ran down almost all of the way. I caught it just in time to be able to start it. (slow crank!)
Lost the programming to Shaker, no big deal.
Here's the problem. Previously, had auto up and down on both windows. Now have auto up and down on drivers side but passengers will only auto down.
How do you reset this?
Tnx Fred

You may have to take it into the dealer. Mine actually just started doing this today, along with some weird left turn signal issue where it blinks really fast, and my blinkers dont even work on that side of the car. I have the battery disconnected, after that I'm gonna reflash the car to stock and see if that resolves the issue.
I checked all my fuses and I'm good to go there. I just hope it isn't a relay.

Well, Excessive Motorsports figured out what was up with my car, here were the issues:
-Power windows sometimes worked
-Left head light out
-Right turn signal out
-Shifter would lock up
-Right tail light out
-Trunk release would not work
-Light in trunk did not work
-Random lights on dash would flicker and make clicking noise
Turned out to be two loose fuses, I checked all of them before, but they showed me that when the fuse tester flickers on a fuse repeatedly, that it is not seeded correctly. They had to modify the pins on the fuse to get a snug fit.
Just thought I would give you a heads up.
