I was just looking around for some flowmaster mufflers and found these...has anyone tried them?

I've known about them and have thought about it...problem is the PRICE...sticking with my GT-take offs for a while

they aren't that expensive about $280

I have them. I have been singing their praises for awhile now. I had the magnaflow on first and they don't compare to these. I added an X-Pipe and they have an even deeper growl. Here's a sound clip:

were the magnaflow just not deep enough for you? because thats my problem

I have duel 40's with an H-pipe on mine, and it sounds amazing.

you guys are so much help... i thought it was just me that thought the magnaflows sound alittle ricey. I am going to order the flowmasters this month and ill probably get an h put in too, the basicly straight pipe thing isnt really working for me right now.

I was reading in a post some where that on the gt they lost hp on the flowmasters? Is this the case with the v6...right now im somewhere between 195 and 197 or higher...i dont really want to lose what i tried hard to get.
