Rear bumper/cover replacement

Looks like I screwed up. I havn't even had my stang for a month and I backed into the freezer in the garage today. Theres a minor crease in the rear bumper cover but the important part is it took a nice chunk of the paint off. Now I need some info.
First of all terminology. Is there a bumper, and a bumper cover, or are they integrated? What's the deal. I see them referred to differently.
If there is a mounted bumper underneath the cover, will the GT bumper cover fit my V6 bumper? I'm talking direct bolt on, no modding needed. I wanted to add duel exhaust but this is just going to speed that process along.
If you have pics or instructions or advice please post.

the paint on these cars are so horrible in my opinion that if u were to touch it with ur bare hand the paint would come off.... they LOVE to strip paint even w/ like a 1 mph tap.....

I was so pissed off and tired last night I should have mentioned I seen the GT bumper cover on ebay from Cascotech and was wondering if it would fit. Now that that has been confirmed, anyone have instructions or pics of the uninstall/install?
