applying vinyls

RE: applying vinyls
Hmmm...the ford dealer here paints racing stripes for 500 bucks lol. I have vinyl stripes that I put on myself. The stripes are easy to put on actually but only on two conditions. One, your a "do-it youself" kind of person. Two, you are extremly patient. It took me over 12 hours to get my stripes right. Also, I recommend buying the vinyl application fluid if your going to do them yourself. It does a great job to prevent air bubbles. Good luck!

RE: applying vinyls
if your considering vinyl you should really have an experienced professional do the installation.... i mean a good short-term analogy might be..... like anyone can cut hair.. you could have your joe-smhoe friend cut your hair and get the job done..but that doesnt necessarily mean it will look good....

RE: applying vinyls
I installed mine myself. It was my first time doing any type of vinyl job and mine came out great. Lots of patience is needed and a hair drier works great in getting those "curvy edges" to lay down without any wrinkles. It took me all day doing it by myself but was worth it.
