Floor under my right heel popping - Annoying!

Floor under my right heel popping - Annoying!
Ok this is really starting to drive me nuts. The floor under my right heel pops down and up with me moving my foot from the gas to the brake. It's really loud and is starting to get on my nerves....I have not pulled anything up but I'm wondering if a weld or something that did not quite get tacked down properly. Anyone seen this on thier stangs?

My Dad told me about a friend that bought a new Pontiac that had a rattle inside the door. He finally took the interior panel off to discover a beer can inside. Must have been a Friday afternoon production car. Have your dealer pull the carpet back and see what's making the noise. You might be surprised what you find there. Mine doesn't make a sound.

I don't think it's something loose under there. The floorboard itself actually "pops"
