Theres no just regular silver for the 10" precut stripes, so im wondering how close silver grey would be, any real pictures of it? I looked at the color chart but it doesnt really help

No i was wondering if you have the Roush Hood scoop wrap.. so if i was to get the full hood blackout kit I wouldnt have a shiny silver scoop sitting on top .

The silver gray is the normal silver. Any of the other products pictures with silver is going to be the silver grey.
The hood blackout isn't precut for the Roush scoop, you would need to remove the scoop before installing the vinyl.
I don't have a wrap for the scoop, but if you do buy the hood blackout I can send you a piece that you can wrap it yourself. Just need to trim it to fit.

For the 10" stripes, the website lists them as 2008-2009... were there changes? Will it match the 2006 body?

Edit: Talked to Brent @ RockyMountain Graphics... They will work with the 06
