Default i have to remove the shocks?

i asked something similar before... but im still working on getting my rims. So im pretty sure im going with 17 inch bullitts. Of course they come 17x9 up front and 17x10.5 and as most of you prolly know the recommended tire sizes are 275 and 315. Im new to this so i was just going with what they said was best. But am i going to have a rubbing problem or have to remove the quad shock or whatever? cuz i deffinitly dont wanna go through that... and what if i lowered it with eibach pro kit, any problems there?
