Default New wheel problem

I just bought a set of used zenetti 20" wheels with nitto tires with about 10,000 miles on them. My problem is that I have a shimmy between 40 and 50 mph. I was told that this could be corrected by installing a spacer. Both front wheels are balanced correctly. Will the spacer work or do I need new tires?

It may be that they are not hubcentric. Most of the time a ring is used to adapt the wheel center bore to the hub. You may have an incorrect ring size.

Also might want to check the clip on 1 stud of the rotors. Some aftermarket rims dont allow for space for that clip to fit into like the OE ones do. Simply remove the clips and go for a spin.
