about how long do Nitto NT555R's last on somewhat normal driving lol?

 

well, they have a treadware rating of 300 which is not bad for a performance tire. I have seen them go for as little as 8000 and as much as 32,000 depending on the driver. So if you take that and average it out that puts you at about 20K. Most of our customers who buy the Nittos are in their teens or early 20s and are always back the next year to buy a new set but they usually go with something more cost effective the 2nd time around. Like me they learned the lesson the hard way. I spent way too many nights as a teenager delivering pizza to pay for the tires and gas i used while delivering. hope this helps. I don't think it was a stupid question as it answered mine. I am buying a GT with 20 x 10.5 rear rims on Nitto Extreme 335's. The car is not a daily driver and I am wondering how long the tires will last with spirited adult driving, hard acceleration and cornering, but not intentionally burning rubber.
