Okay I just got a pair of MT ET Streets 26x11.50/17. What kind of burnouts are best for these? Nice long ones or just give them a little spin? What kind of tire pressure should I run in them?

2nd gear burnouts, just heat them up a little. Just til they start to smoke in my opinion.

Its funny tho, both yielded a 1.8x 60's
But an over kill and only taking rubber off the tire.
