I have 17x9 Cobra-R rims. The guy who had it before me got them chromed. Well now the chrome is peeling off and looks like crap. I like the chrome look, but I have also though about painting them black.

So my question is - if I wanted them re-chromed how much am I looking at? Or if I want them painted can I do it myself and what kind of paint would I use?
