Default Optimal offsets?

What is the optimal offsets for 19 and 20 inch staggered wheels on an 05+ Mustang without worries of rubbing. I want the widest stance without rolling the fenders or having clearance problems. I am looking at a 8.5" or 9.0" front and a 10" rear. Thanks in advance.

Head over to American Muscle and look in the '05~'09 Mustang Wheels section.

The off-set is going to vary a bit, depending on what width you choose. Seems to me the fronts are going to be somewhere around +35mm and rears are going to be around +45mm

Depends on where you want them to sit. I am in the process of laying out some 19" for my car - I have not decided how wide I am going. Best to figure what tire size you want also.

Yeah, I have done this same thing before on my M3 and my G35 coupe and it really helps to hear information on the forums from people that have actually done it.

I am aiming for 19"x8.5 front and 19"x9.5 or 10 in the rear. I am thinking 245 front and 275 rear with an aspect ratio to get as close to the stock overall diameter as possible. A tire size calculator has said that would be a 245/45/19 front and a 275/40/19 rear. So with those sizes in mind, I would like an offset that pushes the wheels out as far as possible without clearance or rubbing issues. I will lower the car too, but nothing extreme. Thanks for the reply
