Ruff Racing
Well, heavy is a relative thing, but personally don't pay any attention to it whatever. If you are REALLY focused on 1/4 mile or racing in general, than certainly the lightest wheels you could find would be an advantage.
My recommendation would be to compare these wheels to every other wheel you would consider and see the difference in weight. As for quality, this is a good topic to do your research on the web.
If they have consistant problems, every wheel will have some due to volume of manufacture, but will see a pattern of bad finish, cracking or fitment issues. I have heard of Ruff Racing wheels, but that is all.
Just did a quick search and found several posts of people that have/had them and mentioned issues of balance and bolt hole centering and such. Now, as I mentioned, EVERY wheel will have some issues, so keep looking.
