Default 17" front 18" back (?)

So I'm having a dilemma right now.

Go with the 18x10 Deep Dish Bullitt on Sumitomo High Performance HTR Z II Tire (275/40-18) and keep my original 17" non-deep dish Bullitts in the front.
$613.98

or
# (2) 18X9 Stealth Black Bullitt Wheels - 36mm
# (2) 18X10 Stealth Black Bullitt Wheels - 43mm
# (2) 255/45ZR/18 Nitto NT555 Extreme Performance Tires
# (2) 285/40ZR/18 Nitto NT555 Extreme Performance Tires
$1,299.99

If I do option 1, I save roughly $600 for other stuff I would like to get, like my stripes and front grille.
Option 2 has me with 4 new wheels and tires which is good because I need new tires all around, but I won't be getting anything else.

What to do? Basically, I'm acting like my wife and asking what you guys think

I would go with option 2. I don't think 17s in front 18s out back would look too good. Plus all new rims and tires is always nice, then sell your old ones on craigslist. Plus, I think 18s look better. PLUS Black looks great.

I found some 20" that are actually about $100 cheaper, but are all black and I'm not sure if I would like that. But they are deep dish which I do like, I just like the chrome machined lip better.

Plus, I'm not sure if I would like that big of a wheel/tire either.

Going to sell my 17" Bullitts as soon as I get my new wheels/tires in. Just need to decide between 18" Deep Dish Bullitt with machined lip or 20" Deep Dish all black.

If you plan to go different wheel diameters in front/rear, just be sure to keep the overall diameter of the TIRES the same and will have no ABS sensor issues. Getting this approx. 1" differential, can give you some fits.

A lot of times the stock bullitts will look a decent amount different than the replicas. If I were you I would go option 2.

On another note, the 20s will ride a lot harsher as there is less side wall to absorb bumps/dips/etc. Just another thought.

Well, I'm glad I waited till today!
AM has a new package deal going on with some of their wheels. Picked up the following:
Staggered Black Bullitt Wheel & Tire Kit - 18x9/10 (05-09)
# (2) 18x9 Black Deep Dish Bullitt Wheels
# (2) 18x10 Black Deep Dish Bullitt Wheels
# (2) Sumitomo High Performance HTR Z II 255/45-18 Tires
# (2) Sumitomo High Performance HTR Z II 275/40-18 Tires
# Free Mounting & Balancing
# Free nitrogen fill
# (20) Chrome Acorn Lug Nuts (79-11 All)

Debated over and over about the 275 for the rear, but after some research concluded at the difference between a 275 and 285 shouldn't be that noticeable. This saved me roughly $300 so I went ahead and picked up the Black Lemans Stripes - 12in (79-11 All) as well

All for only $1200

Can't wait to get them!

Very nice. You'll be glad you went with 18s instead of 20s when you go to buy new tires. Post some pictures! My mom has a windveil blue 06 too. I'd be interested to see what they look like. Thanks

I'll definitely put up some before and after pics as soon as I get them in and put on! Can't wait!! Hopefully I will receive my wheels/tires and stripes this week sometime. More than likely won't do the install till the weekend though.
