Default Torque Spec

Yo to all, Finally headed home tomorrow after 5 months in Mexico. Anyway I have a 2013 V6 and I'm putting on some Carroll Shelby 20" wheels on tomorrow. Does anybody know what the torque spec is for the lug nuts
Thanks
Charlie

Some may agree or disagree, but I have ALWAYS tightened my wheels to "tight enough". In fact, I don't think I've ever seen anyone use a torque wrench on wheels. Don't lean on them or anything or you'll have a hell of a time trying to get them off again, but just make sure they are fairly tight. I think 80-100 ft-lbs is common for lug nuts.
