4th gen wheels on 5th gen

I'm looking for some cheap mustang wheels to put winter tires on. Will a set of 4th gen wheels fit on my 5th gen? The wheels are off a 2000 gt and I have an 05 v6.

Yeah they will bolt up and clear the brakes. They have a little more offset that your S197 wheels so they may stick outward a tad further but nothing crazy.
