Shelby Cobra Spits Nitrous
Sometimes your car just isn’t fast enough, no matter how much speed the factory gives it. The owner of this black Shelby GT500 obviously felt that was the case and proceeded to mod his machine with a collection of go-faster goodies, including one venomous nitrous kit.
Now of course, going fast is only half the fun of owning a car like this. The crazy looks you get as you drive around are another. To help beef up the visual oomph, this Shelby has nitrous dumps routed to the cowl of the hood and through the mouth of the Cobra emblem on the grille.
The result is impressively mean looking. Especially when accompanied by a new hood with a huge scoop, plenty of venting, and headlamps with enough strobing color combinations to run a rave.
I’ll admit that this kind of modification isn’t for everyone, but I think it’s cool as hell, disco lights and all. For those of you less concerned with snake emblems spitting nitrous, or dance floor headlamps, there is a bit of exhaust noise and one gigantic burnout tucked into this minute long clip of motor porn.
