I have the same problem. Both of my doors leather is coming off. Bought spray adhesive at a auto parts store which seemed to work great. The next day they were falling down again! I'm really not happy about it and am going to try complaining to Ford.

Take it to an auto shop that also does upholstery. Should be around $50-$75 for them to glue it back up and then never have to deal with it again.

Use 3m 90x spray.
