ORIGINAL: hybridmoments

I was satisfied with it until I found out what the DiabloSport Predator was capable of...it seems you have more control over your programs with the predator IMO
I got mine with the $50.00 extra computer serial port cable and I downloaded the quick tune software off SCT's site and I can change my gear ratio, rev limit, tire size and shift firmness using my home computer. Whats nice is when SCT comes out with an update to the Mustang tune or you buy the Steeda cold air kit afterwards they can email you the tune file and you can upload it to the SCT Flasher yourself. SCT also emailed me a program for regular fuel as well as premium fuel, which comes in handy with the gas prices going up. A lot of people think they have to go to a dealer to get the box programed but if you buy the extra serial port cable you can do it yourself. I went to Shawn Hyland Motorsports web site and downloaded the Steeda cold air file for my automatic.

My tune is not great. I am taking mine to Street Motorsports to dyno tune mine. My car is once again a tid bit sluggish. It is definitely no faster than when it was stock so obviously my tune is not right.

I hope this is not too stupid.

Was looking at the Steeda CAI and was not sure if it includes a new MAF sensor. The decsription says that it includes a "CNC billet aluminum mass air meter". Since I am new to this I was just curious if some could confirm that the mass air meter is the same as the MAF sensor.

Basically yes. Instead of being a whole meter what you do is you take what looks like a computer chip out of your mass air flow and put it in the new mass air flow so it is the same mass air meter but a different piece that it goes in. Also in reply to my previous post I retuned my car and it runs much better I must not have installed it right. I did not wait for the lights to stop flashing before I unplugged mine.
