Default boom tube or loudmouth?

a little background, i had xpipe and slp loudmouth on my auto, but i got a manual now, all stock shelby gt. im not sure exactly which muffler system it has on, the sound is good under full throttle, but i miss the idle and accel of the loudmouth. but after a little research, maybe the boomtube system might be the way to go. what does everyone else think? btw,the stock system will be saved for resale at a later time

In my opinion Boomtubes sound better than Loudmouths as long as you're catted. No cats they both sound awful.

If you miss your Old SLP set up, get SLP loudmouths.... If you want to take your cats off later; I would go with a Mac muffler set up..

I think the slp sound wicked witha o/r x, and ya you also cant go wrong with the macs and any o/r mide pipe. I have both set ups, curently have the slp on the car though.

If you like the raw sound then go with SLP. If you what asmoother sounding exhaust and yet still very loud then go with boom tubes. I believed there was a post on here the other day and compared both setups.

I love my Boomtubes. Its all stock otherwise and its quite loud, but in a good way.

I made this vid with my digital still cam in movie mode so its not the best but the sound is pretty good. Sound much better in person though.

Cats, get SLPs.

No cats, get Boomtubes.

I had SLPs for a long time but then got full exhaust which included removing my cats. I switched to Boomtubes and it sounds great.
