Preloading Brake Rotors

Preloading Brake Rotors
I was changing my rims and noticed that the brake rotors
had mounting holes that are bigger than the wheel studs.
The rotors seemed to be pre-loaded, or in other words, all the
slack between the edge of the hole and the wheel stud was
all one way. The way the load would be transfered from the disc to
the wheel studs when braking while traveling forward.
I am going to install some GT take-offs on my V6 and was
wondering if anyone has heard of or even cared about the
sloppyness of the rotor to wheel studs fitment and just 'bolted them up'?
There is noting about this in the Workshop Manual.

I've replaced rotors a couple times. They do have a little bit of slop but nothing bad, I never even thought about it. I just put the rotors, put the calipers back on and put the wheels on normally. Have never had a problem I run on road tracks - very hard on brakes.
