Direct from Ford.

I always have my car on stands on on the lift, inspecting or cleaning or checking something.

Jack point front.. This is with a general Floor jack, crossmember under the engine
Rear: The diff. make sure its positioned right, ford says not to do this because it may cause damage to the case.

Stands. Front you can see the chassis, it bends in, i put one on each side on the bend as shown:

Rear: on the axle or in your case, trying to get to the springs, on the chassis you can see it

I have to drive my car up on blocks of wood just to get my floor jack under it.

My next mod will be mufflers and I was thinking to back the car up on ramps for the install. Good or bad idea? Now that I look at my sig picture, this might have my chin spoiler scraping the ground?

some folks do it that way....it will seem
like a bad idea, if you back up too far...
