BTW - "Anyone" can get X-plan pricing. Recently Ford has started to give members of the Mustang Club of America X-plan; I believe you just need to show your MCA membership card. So if you have no other way to get an X-plan number, join the MCA. The cost of membership is much less than haggling at the dealer, plus you are now a MCA member.
