You can play the buff card. Say you are going to skip on this one and think about driving the 500 miles. Give it a few days. If they are desperate for a sale, they will contact you back. Otherwise you know where to go.

if you get the one 500 miles away you need to trailer it back. Ford isnt very specific about a break-in for these new engines (some say its not even necessary). The one thing they DO say to absolutely avoid is long duration at the same rpm (a.k.a highway driving).

You live in MS and going to drive 500 MILES for a GT? There are many Ford Dealers in your state you will find one that is close to the price you want.
Plus if you buy the car 500 miles away and something wrong with it the local dealers will try and bs you more since you didn't buy it from them.
